In this video I take you through an entire week of my training! I’ve tried all sorts of different programs/ training splits and the one I’m showing you in this video is by far the best I’ve used.
I break down each workout and go over my top exercises as well as sets, reps and how I program my training from week to week.
This style of training can be used for both men and women of any fitness level. If you are a beginner, I would recommend sticking to 3 sets for the isolation movements instead of the 5 sets.
