In this video, I’m going to share with you all a 30 day workout program that will consist of 1-2 videos each day! Your entire body will be hiit!

THIS FOLLOW ALONG 45 DAY WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Warm-ups to start this workout routines and cool downs to end them.
