This Free, Printable Habit Tracker Will Help You Stick to Your New Year’s Resolutions

Eating a healthy lunch? Check. Exercise? Check. Drinking more water, finding some quiet time to yourself, going to be early? Eh, those feel-good habits are a little harder to keep top of mind. For me, I want to read daily (so I can complete the 2021 POPSUGAR Reading Challenge, obviously), spend phone-free time with my kids, get eight hours of shut-eye, drink tons of water, and work out.
