Prepare to burn fat, tone the abs, and firm & tone the legs and buns with Expert Trainer & Fitness Model, Courtney Prather as she guides you through the second week of this effective, body-sculpting BeFiT Bootcamp mission. Check in every Monday for your 7 day workout plan. Consider creating a playlist each week to include the featured workouts. Slim down, tone your lower half, and sculpt the strong and sexy body you have always wanted. This plan will tone the glutes , thighs, obliques and legs, increase circulation, strengthen the abs and core, and ignite your weight loss potential through a combination of strength training, cardio exercise and high intensity interval training. Joining you on your Bootcamp mission is YouTube Star, Nikki Limo who will be uploading workout diaries every Friday that will detail her experience as she goes through the workout program.
