Close-Grip Bench Press 10-12 Reps
EZ Bar Curls 10-12 Reps
(4 Rounds Total)

Lying Tricep Extension 10-12 Reps
Hammer Curls 10-12 Reps
(3 Rounds Total)

Cable Curls 15-20 Reps
Rope Tricep Extensions 15-20 Reps
