A good leg workout should be the foundation of your routine.

These are some of the exercises I use to build my legs.

• 5 x 10 back squats

Quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves

Functional exercise that promotes balance, endurance & fitness

• 4 x 10 curtsey lunges

Quads, glutes, toned outer and inner thighs

• 4 x Romanian deadlift

Glutes ham strings

• 4 x Dumbbell lying leg curls

Hamstrings

• 4 X 20 Walking lunges

Quads, glutes, hamstrings, calf muscles

Also good for balance endurance and fitness

Today’s bat wing workout is my favorite ways to target the triceps. This strength training routine will take you less than 20 minutes to perform and includes a quick warm up. Today is an upper body AMRAP workout so be ready to get stronger together! This workout consists of 12 upper body exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in new variations of these strength exercises each round!

I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for chest exercises as I am 22 weeks pregnant and I will be turning any supine exercises into an inclined exercise. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!
