When Noah Centineo asked his Instagram followers if he should “start training again” last summer, the answer was a hard “yes,” right? His abs sure think so! The 24-year-old actor has been getting absolutely shredded in preparation for his role as Atom Smasher in Black Adam, and after doing a deep dive into his workout regimen, we are impressed. Centineo will star in the movie alongside Dwayne Johnson and Aldis Hodge, so it only makes sense that he’d be upping the ante in the gym.
He’s been training with Kirk Myers at Dogpound gym in Los Angeles, as well as doing Muay Thai at PT Cross-Training gym in Atlanta, and these workouts look intense!
