Trying Pamela Reif’s workout plan for a week…| Shelby Nicole

????Hello, my loves!????

Today I decided to do something I have never done on my channel before! I figured it would be fun to try Pamela Reif’s Home Workout Plan for a week, although I realized a week is not nearly long enough for a workout like this because it truly is such an awesome workout plan! I hope you all enjoyed the video, and remember that you are GORGEOUS! I really enjoy working out mainly because of how it makes me feel, sure it has benefits physically, but mentally I feel like it is so underrated. I feel more focused, motivated, healthy, energized, happy, and I feel my confidence go up! Even just a walk is enough to get the effects of it too, so I encourage you all to try a little workout (nothing to intense) but just to clear your mind and keep you healthy! Also, this week is my birthday month! So I have changed my uploading schedule to Tuesday since my birthday falls on a Tuesday, and from the day this is uploaded, my birthday is 21 days away! Anyway, stay healthy, and stay beautiful!! I love you all so freaking much!! See you next week!
