Around
100,000 people in the UK have MS.
Today
multiple sclerosis is relentless, painful and exhausting. But tomorrow we believe
we can change that. Your fundraising will help power our new research. Together
we can stop MS.
We’ve got
charity places
Last year
our MS Superstars raised over £1,000,000 by getting their running shoes on.
From 5ks to Marathons we have runs nationwide that will suit you. Sign up
for a MS Society charity place in runs such as: Brighton, Belfast or Berlin
marathons or how about taking on the Bath, Cardiff or Royal Parks half
marathon?

Whatever
run you choose; we can’t wait for you to become part of our MS Superstars team.

Get your
own place
You can
secure your own place and fundraise for us at many popular UK runs. In the past
our supporters have taken on events as varied as The Great South Run,
Bournemouth, Chester, Hackney or Manchester half marathons and even the
Plymouth 10k! Whatever event you choose, just let us know and become part of
our MS Superstars team. Tell us about your run today by emailing us at [email protected] and we will support you every step
of the way.
Why should
you run for us?

When you
sign up or tell us which run you are taking part in, you’ll become an MS
Superstar and you will get:
– A welcome pack when you sign up
including a fundraising guide to help you get started
– Personal support from our dedicated
events team every step of the way
– Access to the MS Society running hub
with tailored training plans to suit all abilities, plus vlogs on everything
from injury to nutrition
– A technical MS Society running vest to
wear with pride
Remember
every penny you raise helps stop MS. It helps us give grants and support, fight
for better care and find better treatments for everyone with MS.
Run for
yourself, run for someone you love, run to stop MS
