45 Minute Upper Body AMRAP Workout | CRUSH – Day 17

Today is an upper body AMRAP workout so be ready to get stronger together! This workout consists of 12 upper body exercises for 30 seconds at a time and we will complete 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next exercise. You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in new variations of these strength exercises each round!

I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for chest exercises as I am 22 weeks pregnant and I will be turning any supine exercises into an inclined exercise. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!

9. Tricep Overhead Extensions
