The workout plan consists of 2 weeks worth of workouts that are 10 – 30 minutes long each day, Ive designed the workouts in such a manner that you work each part of your body every week and there is structure for it, all you have to do is follow.
To start with the workout you will begin with Day 1 which is https://youtu.be/40zp2PFcjjw this complete 20 minute workout includes a warm up, cool down and a 12 minute workout in between. It is very easy to do and the goal with this workout is to simply get you moving and in the mindset of adding some form of movement in your day.
Therefore, take this workout plan as your guideline so you have something to look forward to and be accountable for every day and complete every workout in the plan! These workouts do not require any equipment and you can do it at the comfort of your own space anytime, anywhere and it is ABSOLUTELY FREE! so show up for yourself!
