2. Lateral Lunges with Pivot: 2-3 sets, 10 reps
3. Knee Rock RDLs: 2-3, 10 reps
4. Lateral Shuffles: 2-3 sets, 10-15 Yards
5. Bodyweight Squats; 2-3 sets, 10-15 reps
6. Stationary Bear Crawl 4 Point Push-Up: 2-3 sets, 5-10 reps
